This may or may not be the cheapest deal out there, I honestly don't know. What's a few pennies when you will receive EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE (Steve remembers my name every time I go in.), the FACILITY IS CLEAN and well stocked, and GREAT TASTING WATER. I have been a customer for about 4-5 years now and I go out of my way to go there, even though there is a water store half the distance from where I live.
