I went to the salon to have my hair colored. As a 40 something-year-old woman I have gray hair I told the hairdresser Ashley that I wanted my gray colored and I wanted highlights. Now I’m a person who think getting the hair that for over 30 years the joke in our family is what’s your mom’s real hair color and my daughter cannot tell anybody what my real color is because she only knows it is the color. First off Ashley use bleach on my hair , I have not had bleach put in my hair for many years but most hairdressers icon to have youth hi listing color. Therefore my hair is fried she did not put color in between the foils so I still have gray hair. Basically I left the salon looking worse than I did when I went. I would never recommend anybody going here. After I got home and got over the initial shock a week later I called The hairdresser Ashley and she informed me that I could pay again to get my hair fixed. And this seems to be a place that has no customer service and really doesn’t care how you leave the salon looking
