Under a home warranty claim, technician arrived at my house to assess why my washer is no longer working. After spending 5 minutes looking at my washer (and not pulling anything apart), he determined that it had previous work done which negated my home warranty. That was great waiting almost 2 weeks days to make an appointment, them come to that determination. All the while, I'm handing over $75 on a service charge. Even if the claim was approved, he gave a rough quote of $250 and not even sure if it would be totally fixed.
